The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible by bus with a bus stop nearby. They have ample parking space in front of the hotel. the hotel offers hot spring baths which were clean and enjoyable.
The hotel lacks an elevator and some areas need refreshing.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was near the main car park and a few minutes walk from the bus stop and old street town. The hotel facilities were great with free snacks, drinks, and a private bath tub in the room. Additionally, the communal hot spring was perfect for relaxation. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in early.
Nothing to dislike.

The indoor pools provide a fun activity for kids, ranging from cold to warm, and hot spring pools, and even a bath tub in the room. A major attraction is the location, which is mere minutes from the bus stop and the Old Street town.
The hotel lacks a lift, which may pose a challenge for some guests. the limited staff seemed to struggle to keep up with guest needs at times, with issues ranging from no daily housekeeping, insufficient toilet paper, and a dirty onsen.
